With 20+ years of experience in emotional regulation, mental health, and high-pressure systems like the NHS & independent services, Adam blends depth of knowledge with sharp, practical evidence based tools that actually work in the real world.

Adam has written a coaching program which has been accredited by the prestigious Complimentary Medical Association & along side mental health training and consultancy has provided emotional regulation skills coaching to 100’s of clients across different settings and organisations.

He’s the creator of AniMoods, a unique toolkit that brings the science of DBT & Emotional Regulation theory into everyday life and is already attracting attention from high level institutions such as London South Bank University & The Complimentary Medical Association. Adam is known for his no-nonsense clarity—grounded, relatable, and deeply human in his approach. Adam works with founders, professionals, and high-responsibility individuals who don’t need therapy—but who do need clarity, calm, and control.
